We're celebrating Kelly's birthday this evening....and I collaborated with Clarke to make her a frog. For those of you new to the blog...Kelly is my son Sam's girlfriend. And if you want the backstory to the frogs....you can read this post.
Here are some of Kelly's murals. This first one is part of a whole series in a stretch of buildings. I want to go back and take more photos.
It was quite a day for The Traveling Flowers. They visited Tsankawi Unit, White Rock City Visitor Center and Bandelier National Monument. Don't you feel like you're right on vacation with them?
Oh, wow, the frog is perfect for Kelly! Her building paintings are amazing and I love the black & white painting that’s like a pen and ink sketch. The flowers definitely did some traveling today.

ReplyDeleteMy favorite of all the fab photos of the traveling flowers is the one in which the flowers are perched on a ladder leading to a cliff dwelling. I love this virtual traveling I"m getting to do!

DeleteKelly's murals are wonderful! I have to ask - where did you find those boots for the frog? They are fabulous! Cherie hasn't been posting many photos of her travels on her blog so I come over to yours's to see where they have been! LOL!!
