"I do believe in an everyday sort of magic...the inexplicable connectedness we sometimes experience with places, people, works of art and the like; the eerie appropriateness of moments of synchronicity; the whispered voice, the hidden presence, when we think we're alone." Charles de Lint

Look!

Look at what's popping up in my garden!

And look what's starting to open!

And look who spent several hours playing with me today! Liam and I had a great time...and he cut up nearly every piece of cardboard in the condo with the Chomp Saw! It's just fun to cut stuff up!

A big shoutout to all of you grandparents who do this on a regular basis! We were busy!

    1. You comment prompted me to go back and put a link to the Chomp Saw! It's a fabulous toy for kids and adults!!! So many uses. I tried to get Liam to make something...but he just wanted to cut things up! And that was OK with me.

  2. I can imagine how much fun it would be to cut stuff up as a little kid! I even like to cut things up and cut things out now! Just wondering, is Liam your grandson? Also, so exciting to see green shoots popping up!!

    1. Me too! Cutting something up is the best! No, Liam is a neighbor. I don't have grandchildren...yet. And I don't know if I ever will....but I get to enjoy other people's kids! Unfortunately...Liam is moving out of the neighborhood soon.

    1. It's an investment...but soooo fun for kids and adults! Thick cardboard doesn't work...but pizza box weight is perfect. It also cuts cardstock, fabric, plastic and felt. It has come in handy for so many projects! Your grandsons will love it!
