Calming Waters

Paul took me to Presumpscot Falls today....his new favorite spot. It's only a 4 mile round trip walk from the front door in Maine and it surpassed all my expectations....just what I needed today. Thanks Paul!





The first 1/2 of the walk winds through the woods....so lovely and peaceful.



The second 1/2 meanders along the Presumpscot river until you get to the falls....that's where it gets fun. There's something about the sound of rushing water that is very calming...it soothes the soul.
