Unexpected Joy

I meant to share this photo I took at Tracie's when our art group met. I loved the way the rainbow flag was reflected in the window and on the ceiling fan. Triple pride! 

Traveling over my birthday meant nonstop celebrating with 3 cakes, fabulous people, wonderful meals, and thoughtful gifts and cards. 

I'm posting this early because the celebration is continuing tonight with my family. Sam, Kelly and Nate are coming for pizza. We're celebrating my birthday and Mother's Day and there's nothing that makes me happier than my house filled with people I love. Pure joy!

There are lots of spring blooms outside...but I came home to an inside bloom as well. My Christmas cactus has four blooms!
