A sure sign it's going to be a good day is when.....
And then your husband carefully places a found....sort of heart shaped slab from some tree work just perfectly so there is optimal viewing from the couch. (It's eventually going in the garden.)
And when you put that last smidgen of red spool thread in the puzzle during breakfast and get to move onto the oranges and yellows. Those reds were a challenge!
And when your visit with Margie includes a rainbow of balloons. That hasn't happened for me since I planned high school proms when I was a class advisor at Deering High School back in the 90's.
And at this point it was only noon....a sure sign the day was going to be just fine no matter what else happened.
But then....just before I sat down to write this post I sat with a cup of tea after dinner....and the rest of the oranges and all of the yellows just fell into place. Some days the signs are just clear.
