"I do believe in an everyday sort of magic...the inexplicable connectedness we sometimes experience with places, people, works of art and the like; the eerie appropriateness of moments of synchronicity; the whispered voice, the hidden presence, when we think we're alone." Charles de Lint

View

My sisters and I drove down Gibbs Lake Road....and the farm there on the left is where we grew up. The barn and mosts of the out building are gone....but the road...and landscape are exactly the same so this view from the top of the hill is a familiar one.

Nancy, Marilyn, LaVonn and I had a fabulous day stopping here and there visiting family....and poking around garden centers and small towns.

We had a happy hour dinner and toasted our four siblings who have passed:  Edwin, Richard, Becky, and Angie. We lit a candle for each one.

Paul reported in today that one of my yellow daylilies is open....and the Bowman's Root is blooming nicely.  Thanks Paul!
