The school sits high on the Eastern Promenade overlooking the city of Portland and Back Bay. As we were leaving the building just after sunset...this was our view of the city...and of Back Bay...more nature art! The Bay sits just to the right of the city...you can see a bit of it in the first photo. I took a panoramic....but having it all on one picture on this blog made it too small to see anything. It was just gorgeous.

"I do believe in an everyday sort of magic...the inexplicable connectedness we sometimes experience with places, people, works of art and the like; the eerie appropriateness of moments of synchronicity; the whispered voice, the hidden presence, when we think we're alone." Charles de Lint

Nature Art
Last weekend Anne and I went to a wonderful craft show in Portland at the East End Community School. Lining the halls were photos of nature art done by the students. What a treat! Here is just a sample. Notice the "Love" in the top right corner in sticks...and the "o" is a leaf.
