The morning sky was so soft and pretty.
If you haven't ever done a wooden puzzle...I highly recommend it. I'm enjoying this one....and it's going together pretty fast.
This colorful fox was a gift to Margie from Lynne F. I remember the first time Margie put it together.... she just squealed with glee with how it felt to slide the pieces into place.
Many of them have animals and special shapes...like this wolf. Or teeny tiny pieces that fit just perfectly.
What a terrific puzzle. I like to ponder the engagement and pleasure the person who designed it experienced in its creation, and I can well imagine Margie's glee with how it felt to slide those wooden pieces into place—so different from most puzzles we make nowadays.
ReplyDeleteIt's a fun one! I'll probably finish it during breakfast. I think about these artists often! I'm guessing this was cut by machine....but someone had a good time designing it!
DeleteAs you know, I LOVE the wooden puzzles! I’m currently working on Dancing Cranes. As you pointed out, the pieces fit together so nicely!
