"I do believe in an everyday sort of magic...the inexplicable connectedness we sometimes experience with places, people, works of art and the like; the eerie appropriateness of moments of synchronicity; the whispered voice, the hidden presence, when we think we're alone." Charles de Lint

The Bike
This is one of my favorite photographs.....my oldest brother Ed sitting tall on the bike with my three older sisters looking on. We're guessing Ed was around eight or nine years old...which means I wasn't born....but maybe on the way. I remember this bike....it was red....and hung around the farm for a long time.
We had a wonderful family gathering today with lots of story telling, memory sharing, and laughter.
